MISSION STATEMENT
NATU’s Mission Statement is “Teach the children of the nation like never before and bring joy to the classroom.”
This Mission Statement reaffirms NATU’s commitment to defending the rights of children – as well as safeguarding, adhering and dedicating itself to working unselfishly for the right of teachers to teach; and ensuring that the classroom experience is pleasurable to both the learners and teachers.
GOALS
The Goals of NATU are to improve South Africa’s education through quality teaching and learning; and to work for the improvement of conditions and services for teachers, in general, and attend to the needs of members in particular.
