Addendum to HRM 5 of 2022
An open vacancy list has been issued for all suitably qualified individuals to apply. The National Teachers’ Union (NATU) urges leadership to organise workshops to capacitate interested members on writing winning Curriculum Vitae that will go through the sifting processes.
It is also imperative that leadership honour the invites by deploying effective observers to all selection processes (shortlisting and interviews), NATU has an obligation to represent her members in ALL selection processes.
